Please cleanup
[edit]This page is a mess. Tmangray (talk) 18:43, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
I reverted to the last revision to clear out the mess. If this was a good faith effort gone awry, check your edits please. Tmangray (talk) 18:49, 31 August 2023 (UTC)
- Please be more specific about what the "mess" is. Did you object for that template listing multiple external links? The issue is restoring that the old Caltrans highway conditions link is that it has been dead since 2019, and I used that new template so the the new links could be modified quickly on all the pages if Caltrans updates the web site to permit deep linking again.
- Or did it relate to a possible web site server issue earlier, where it seemed at times for some readers to render this entire page with multiple error messages, that said something like in bold red, "the time allocated for running scripts has expired"? Because merely reverting back to the previous edit will not solve the problem if subsequent editors continue to add more content and templates to the page. - I believe the timing out issue has to do a lot with the interactive map link, because it seems to take to much time trying to compute the coding. Because the route covers a relatively large amount of points due to its length and multiple curves. I have reverted back to the static map image for now. Zzyzx11 (talk) 10:23, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
- It was the error messages all over the page, perhaps because a code/codes hadn't been properly placed. Seems okay now.Tmangray (talk) 18:10, 14 September 2023 (UTC)
